Gas prices nationally drop 15 cents in 2 weeks
by Paulina Neshybova

The new national survey has shown that the prices of oil has declined in the past two week about 15 cents for a gallon. The self-serve stations showed the prices this way : for a regular gas it was $3.70 on Friday. For the Premium it was at $3.95. This survey was made by a Lundberg survey, who investigated about 7000 stations nation wide. However, the analyst from Lundberg also warned, that this decrease will not continue much longer.
The average price was different in various countries, in California it was about $3.94, which
is 16 cents less than it was two weeks ago. Diesel was at $3.82. The gasoline was cheapest in St. Lous, where the price was $3.37 for a gallon of regular. And the most expensive gas you could find in Anchorage, Alaska, at $4.34.
But, the truth is, that althoug the gas now is declining, i tis still more expensive, than it was last year and about 95 cents. The biggest prices were recorded on Jyly 11, where the gas price was $4.11 for a gallon for regular.
Now, the demand for gasoline has again increased, becuase of the dropping prices but aslo thaks to a healthy U.S. economic. But the Americans continue in buying smaller, more efficient cars and the sales of such cars were bigger latley than ever.
Oil is not the only commodity, where they recorded dropping. Also wheat, corn dropped their prices together with oil at the same time, and also silver, gold or copper as well.
