World Economy Crisis
by Livia Necasova

Sagging economic growth and record inflation. We could say that the US economy stands in a crisis. Those who by accident don't like President Bush or the whole US-government can be finding the joy in US misfortune but thats not funny at all.We all are affected. Accentuation of the credit terms, and the economic slide in the US slows down the growth of the whole world economy. So it's not only about them, its about us too.The american dollar reached a new low-Euro is worth 1,54 dollars ,the oil prices broke the magic 100 dollars mark for a barrel. The economy should be boosted with the help of the cyclical trend programme amounting to 168 billion dollars.Experts are awaiting economy to leverage soon. The situation at the stock markets around the world is very tense though. An extremely strong stock exchange price downturn not only for one share but for the whole group of shares on one day only is called "Stock Market Crash". We talk about a crash if the prices fall extreme low within one day at least about 10 percent. Activated mostly by spreading around bad news and informations which lead to panic sells. There' s been a crash on Wall Street on 28th October 1929, probably the most famous crash in the history ever, called "Black Monday" On this day dropped the Dow Jones Industrial Average from almost 300 to 260 points. The famous "Black Friday" is a myth cause Dow Jones gained 1,75 points on this day.The crash on the Wall Street have led to a World Economy Crisis a meant the end of the "Golden 20th years Era".
